Best used for- Designs with clearly defined and separated styles. Artwork with gradients and intricate layouts works better with photo dome reproduction. 

 


Hard Enamel

 

 

 

Description- Die-struck piece with enamel color filling, finished with a smooth, glassy exterior.  

Best used for- Designs with clearly defined and separated styles. 


Antique

 

 

 

Description- Die-struck piece plated with gold, silver or nickel. Recessed areas are sand-blasted or polished to create the antique finish. 

Best used for- Clear cut designs with large text, allowing the finish to emphasize desired aspects of the piece. 

 


Gem Stones

 

 

 

Description- Die-struck piece set with any combination of emerald, cubic zirconium or diamond gem stones.

Best used for- Recognition or service award pins for special occasion orders. 


Cast

 

 

 

Description- Three-dimensional molded piece can be created in any shape or form. Differs from the traditional two-dimensional die struck piece in it's ability to preserve higher levels of detail. 

Best used for- Product miniatures or generic objects that need to have multiple surface angles. 

 


Photo Dome 

 

 

 

Description- Printed in brass, steel or aluminum, this offset printing process allows for the recreation of designs with multiple colors, gradients or complex images. A clear epoxy coating is applied to the exterior for additional protection and image preservation. 

Best used for- Intricate designs that require an exact replication of an image.
